Academic background Studied Industrial Design at the Berlin University of the Arts, specialising in Clothing Design, main course of study in the class of Prof. Vivienne Westwood. 2002 Graduated as a designer with Prof Vivienne Westwood. Lecturer at mdh since 2013, appointed Professor of Fashion Management in 2014, specialising in product management, brand management, textile technology, cultural and costume history. Professional background Trained as a dressmaker, with additional training in tailoring at M. Müller & Sohn, Munich. From 2002 to 2006 designer at Wunderkind/Potsdam. From 2006 to 2011 senior designer at Windsor/Bielefeld for the JOOP! womenswear line. From 2011 to 2013 product manager for international labels in the premium segment. Parallel to teaching, consultancy work in product and collection development.
