The institution has a diverse curriculum that includes both traditional and contemporary arts. This will result in a wide range of exchange opportunities for students and teachers in the future.

We are excited to combine our outstanding strengths with Whitecliffe's renowned educational programs, with the clear aim of to optimize educational pathways for students worldwide.” The mdh would like to expand its international presence and emphasize its commitment to global excellence in creative education.
Whitecliffe Chairman Feroz Ali highlights the opportunity to present an expanded and diverse educational offering, underlining the commitment to global excellence in creative education beyond New Zealand.
The cooperation between mdh and Whitecliffe College comes at the right time and is in line with the recommendations of the German Science Council, which were made following the most recent accreditation in January 2023. The mdh would like to renew and sharpen its brand identity and public presence in order to adequately reflect its expanded and diversified educational offerings. The strategic alliance between the two universities offers the ideal opportunity to strengthen the university's profile in the long term and to make it even more international.
